Please note that booking an appointment you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Charlotte’s reserves the right to cancel, delay, shorten or change treatments where reasonably necessary due to the effects of any of the provisions below.

Late Arrivals 
Whilst we understand that sometimes being late is out of your control, we will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals within 15 minutes of your appointment. This may mean we have to change or shorten your treatment of which you will still be charged the full price of the original service due to time being blocked out specifically for you. Arriving any later than 15 minutes will mean your appointment will be cancelled and full payment is required.

No Shows
No shows are charged in full. This doesn’t allow the salon any opportunity to fill your slot that’s been reserved for you.

Refunds 
Your satisfaction is our highest priority at Charlotte’s. We do not under any circumstances offer refunds. We do not give refunds on any treatments, however, we will look into your concerns immediately and try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. If you are unhappy, please let us know before you leave the salon or within 24 hours of your treatment so we can resolve as quickly as possible.

 

Late Cancellations          
Whilst we understand emergencies happen, we do ask you give us at least 24 to cancel or amend / reschedule your appointment. Failing to do so, anything under 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the treatment cost, or on the day 100% of the treatment cost. 

 

Right To Refuse 
Our salon staff have the right to refuse treatment to anyone behaving inappropriately. Please treat all our staff with respect. 

 

Card Capture 
When booking online, you must agree to our cancellation policy. Card capture reserves the right for us to charge your card in the event of a late arrival, no show or a late cancellation. This is to protect the salon. 

 

Medical Conditions 
For your comfort and safety, please notify your therapist if you have any allergies, medical conditions, physical issues or disabilities, or are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please notify your therapist immediately.
